Stephanie is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a decade of experience driving environmental education, community engagement, and organizational development. As Deputy Director, she oversees strategic development, grant programming, and the implementation of high-impact environmental initiatives across Pinellas County.

With a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science and Policy and a Master’s in Biological Oceanography from the University of South Florida—Stephanie brings both scientific expertise and a community-centered approach to her leadership. Prior to her work with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, she served the community through her work with U.S. Geological Survey, as a contracted Microbiologist and held volunteer roles with Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Pinellas County. Her holistic understanding of nonprofit operations, from frontline programming to strategic planning, has been instrumental in positioning KPB as a trusted and impactful community partner.

As a Florida native and lifelong advocate for environmental stewardship, Stephanie is passionate about creating inclusive, action-oriented programs that inspire long-term community involvement and systemic change. Her leadership is guided by collaboration, integrity, and a deep belief in the power of local action to drive regional resilience.
