Stephanie Lawler-Ellington
Deputy Director
As the Program Director for KPB, Stephanie Lawler-Ellington is responsible for the operation of all programs implemented within the community, the management of all student interns, and the writing/management of grants. Her experience with project development and management stems from her collegiate studies within the University of South Florida System; during which time she received a Bachelors in Environmental Science and Policy and a Masters in Biological Oceanography. As a Florida native and an avid enthusiast of our state's natural environment, she further developed her passion for the marine environment while working with U.S. Geological Survey as a contracted Marine Microbiologist. Since joining the organization in March 2016, Stephanie has utilized her skills in program development, event coordination, scientific research, and technical writing to develop and revamp KPB’s educational programming, community service initiatives, and overall communication efforts.
